  • Our B2B clients (medium and large institutes) faced difficulties attracting and converting potential leads into enrolled students for its online courses.

  • The institutes lacked an effective strategy to reach out to its target audience, communicate the value of its courses, and convert leads into paying students

  • The institutes had plethora content and had created beautiful landing pages inside Wise, but weren’t able to see in drops off who the potential leads where

  • Understand the problem clearly and coming with possible solutions

  • Communicating our solutions through solid UI prototypes and giving the reasoning behind the execution. Documentation wherever required so that team understands why decisions are made

  • Handing overs the design to technical team and ensuring the final product matches our designs.

I created wireframes and sought feedback from potential users to refine the design. The final product included real-time participant talk time, attentiveness tracking, in-session quizzes with a leaderboard, and post-session analytics.
